Ecare Host – Terms of Service & Refund policy


This Web Hosting Agreement is entered into between Ecare Host and the users of our website, hosting, domain registration, and related services. By purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before ordering any service.

1. Services

Ecare Host agrees to provide web hosting, domain registration, and related services for the agreed service period at the agreed service price.

We maintain transparency in our pricing policy and do not include any hidden charges.

Note:
Any transaction charges applied by payment gateways are not considered hidden fees.

2. General Conditions

Clients are responsible for monitoring their storage space, bandwidth usage, and other server resources.

If an account exceeds the allowed resource limits, the client may receive a notification requesting them to upgrade their hosting plan or reduce resource usage.

Repeated resource abuse may result in temporary suspension of the account.

If a client cancels their service within the first month, the full monthly charge will still apply. Partial billing is not applicable.

Ecare Host will make reasonable efforts to resolve any service-related issues within its capability.

3. Service Activation

After successful payment, an automated invoice and payment receipt will be issued to the client.

This receipt will contain important details such as:

  • Unique Username
  • Invoice Number
  • Service Details

Clients are advised to keep this receipt for future reference when contacting support.

4. Payment Gateway Fees

The following payment gateway charges may apply:

  • bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Celfin Gateway: 1.85% gateway charge
  • PayPal: 5% + $0.30 per transaction
  • Card Payment: 3% per transaction
  • Bank Transfer: No additional charges

5. Resource Usage Policy

Standard shared hosting resource limits may include:

  • 1 CPU Core
  • 1 GB Memory
  • 10,240 Kbps IO
  • 100 NPROC
  • 20 Entry Processes

These limits may vary depending on the hosting package.

Additional rules:

  • Cron jobs may not execute more than once every 30 minutes, unless otherwise specified by the script provider.
  • Email sending limit: Maximum 10 emails per hour per cPanel account.
  • Web hosting accounts must be used primarily for hosting websites.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Video streaming services
  • Movie or pirated content download websites
  • Pornographic websites
  • Betting or gambling platforms
  • Using hosting accounts as FTP file storage servers
  • Sending bulk or spam emails using web hosting accounts

6. Malicious or Pirated Plugins

If a client installs nulled, pirated, fake, or malicious plugins or themes on their website and it causes server issues, malware infections, blacklisting, or service disruption, the client will be fully responsible for the consequences.

Ecare Host will not be held liable for any problems caused by such software.

7. Refund Policy

If our support team is unable to resolve a service-related issue, clients may request a refund within 15 days of service activation.

Domain names, SSL certificates, and other third-party products are non-refundable.

Refunds are not applicable if an account is suspended or terminated due to policy violations.

8. Hosting Renewal & Automatic Termination

For shared hosting services:

If a hosting account remains unpaid for 20 days after the due date, the account may be automatically terminated from the server.

If the client renews the hosting service later, Ecare Host will attempt to restore the account from available backups.

9. Backup Restoration Policy

If a client requests only backup recovery after the hosting account has been terminated, the following conditions apply:

  • The client must pay 70% of their previous hosting package price as a Backup Restoration Fee.
  • Backup availability is not guaranteed 100% at all times.
  • If a backup is available, it will be provided or restored for the client.
  • If the backup cannot be found, the backup restoration fee will be fully refunded.

10. Suspension and Termination

Ecare Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Abuse of server resources
  • Illegal activities
  • Failure to complete payment obligations

11. Acceptable Use Policy

Clients must use Ecare Host services only for lawful purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Hacking
  • Phishing
  • Spamming
  • Malware distribution

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

12. Security

Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their website, hosting account, and login credentials.

Ecare Host will not be held responsible for any damages caused by client negligence or insecure website configurations.

13. Customer Support

Ecare Host provides customer support during business hours via:

  • Phone
  • Email
  • Online Support Tickets

Clients must report service-related issues within a reasonable timeframe for effective resolution.

14. Pricing Policy

All listed service prices are final and non-negotiable, unless otherwise specified.

Prices may change due to unforeseen circumstances, and such changes will be communicated in advance.

15. Late Payment

If clients fail to pay invoices on time:

  • Late payment fees may apply
  • Services may be suspended until the outstanding balance is cleared

16. Policy Changes

Ecare Host reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated policies will be published on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
